Really disappointed with the Beauty…
Really disappointed with the Beauty Falsh dermalogica Beauty Box. I've been receiving this for a number if years and it has got more disappointing each time. Even during covid the box had great products and a good number of items. Today I received my box which had a full size item worth the price of the box and 3 small items. The box is very samey too. The large items tend to be the same throught the year. Really disappointed ?
Avoid.
First time customer. I ordered suncream and was sent the wrong items. Their customer service did not get back to me despite emails and calls, I had to chase them up. This is the only suncream that does not cause an allergy for my little one and it's now out of stock (something they should have told me yesterday when I first called). To have to wait a week for delivery of the wrong item and then be told they wouldn't have stock for at least another week is not good enough. Will use a different company from now on, even if I have to pay more.

Order placed a week ago - nothing since. No updates, not produce, no one answering the phone or emails.
Question is, Will I get my items, a refund or nothing? Shocking - will never use again.

Having used beauty flash for many years…
Having used beauty flash for many years I don’t think they are the same as they used to be. Last 2 orders I’ve ordered in enough time and was to take away on overseas trips, both late and had to buy over the counter on day I was leaving so ended up with 2 lots of stuff. After the first time I thought maybe just a one off but second time! Will buy my dermalogica stuff elsewhere now. What a shame as I raved about beauty flash for years but having looked at other reviews I’m not the only one

Disappointing service this time around. Have used this company on previous occasions with no issues until now. Very slow to dispatch and deliver.
Disappointing customer service
Disappointing customer service. I have used Beauty Flash for over 10 years and always been happy but my last 2 orders have been poor experiences. One took a week for half the order to arrive with the rest sent on later. My most recent order had an incentive of a £7 gift if you spent over £85. I did not get the gift - a warehouse error customer service said but it was not possible to post this on separately. I see my credit card had Gorgeous Shop as the retailer so I am assuming that the company has been bought out and that customer service is no longer important. I won't shop here again now.

I have ordered from this site for over 10 years and I really don’t know what’s going on? I’ve had great service in the past and never had any issues at all up until my last order. I placed an order last Wednesday on next day delivery and I’ve still not received. I contacted customer service on Monday and was fobbed off with “ we will refund you multiple times” I asked when I will receive my order and was advised they can’t guarantee when I will receive my order. I also asked if they could add my order to next day delivery and again I was advised we can’t guarantee. I won’t be ordering from your side again and you’ve lost a very loyal customer

Lost order …
Ordered 25th March first delivery lost in transit not even offered next day delivery to re send the second one which I'm still waiting! Won't be ordering dermologica again from them

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. After having used them for 2 years as a regular customer, one of my products Dermalogica pre-cleanse wasn't packaged properly and the box arrived with the product spilt all over the box. I took a photo and contacted customer services assuming they would send out a replacement. Instead they initially insisted I sent a photo of the actual product (despite me assuring them it had just been badly packaged and leaked) which delayed things further and then after I sent the photo told me I would need to send the bottle back for a refund but that I could buy another one in the meantime!! Won't be using them again.

Customer service are brilliant
Customer service are brilliant. My order got lost (no fault of Beauty Flash but Hermes) and they were so helpful. Katie was great.
Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. Placed an order, a week later I had not received it. Contacted customer service who said they would speak to Hermes. I chased again snd they said they hadn’t heard back from Hermes, I suggested they should refund me. Said they wouldn’t until they had heard from Hermes. Another week went by and still no update. Thankfully I paid by PayPal so raised it with them and got a full refund. Ordered what I needed from Next. Same price and fantastic service. Have used Beauty Flash for years but never again after this appalling customer service

First time order, no problems :-)
First time I’ve used this company. Cheapest price compared to competitors. Came via Hermes within a couple of days from order.
Had no problems whatsoever, maybe I was lucky? Anyway, would order again given the experience I had this time :-)

Refunded but sadly reluctant to ever use again. …
I eventually received a full refund for goods. BUT I wrote my concern on every available place -instagram,Twitter etc.
I really had many years of being very satisfied customer and would like to use again but too scared until I read more positive revièes

After I paid the money, the order status somehow shows suspended fraud and i didnt receive any order confirmation emails either!! No customer service at all.
